About
Andrew has over 20 years’ experience as an operator in bars, restaurants, events and is the founder and owner of the beloved West House Bar in Dundee.
Friends of the industry expressed their need for staff and having forged many relationships over the years, Andrew was able to fill many of these roles. Both realising the industry was struggling without staff, his partner Esther left her role as an Account Manager at a top Wine and Spirits distributor to help find talent and assist clients. Esther had worked for agencies whilst at The University of Edinburgh and loved the freedom It gave her to study, travel and earn.
Together, they hope to enable others to enjoy their passion for hospitality whether working in it, or experiencing it as a customer in a partner venue or by hiring their bar services.
Our Bars
All of our bars are fun, functional and able to meet your event needs. You can choose from:
- 20ft Draught Container Bar with integrated cold cellar and 6 fonts
- 10ft serving Container
- Fully mobile, beautifully restored Vintage Caravan with draught
The containers and caravan are weather proof, rock solid and secure when closed overnight. The mobile bars are perfect for indoor venues as the main, or second bar.

Our Services
Full Pay Bar
We provide friendly and knowledgable bar staff and a full range of drinks for your event. In addition to our usual comprehensive menu, we can cater drinks menus to suit your event and your personal preferences. Perfect for a wedding, a public event, or for a corporate hire.
Bar Tab
We will organise, staff and run the bars for you as usual. But you, the customer, can pick up the bar tab in advance, either in part or completely, leaving your guests free to enjoy the evening. Perfect for a wedding or for a party where you want everything taken care of in advance.
Dry Staffed Bar
Rent our bars and staff but stock the drinks yourself for a fully customisable experience. Perfect for private parties or for themed events, or for promotional purposes.

Reliability
Last minute staffing emergency? Let us help. We love to have as much notice as possible, but we understand that things can go wrong and, in these cases, we have been able to provide staff within 6 hours across the country.
